7 Piece Set of Stemware Blue Bowl Clear Stem Crystal?

This is a set of 7 wine glasses, unknown maker. The bowls are blue and the stems are clear. I believe these glasses to be crystal.

The glasses measures about 9" tall and the rim is about 2 1/2" across at the rim.

These glasses are in very nice condition and have definitely been well cared for.

There are no chips or cracks.
