Here on Kraudens.com we mostly sell, vintage, antique or maybe even unusual items. Below is some additional general information about the items we sell. If there is something out of the ordinary, about a particular item, that you need to know before making a purchase, it will be in the actual item listing.

Glass Items

Glass may contain "Creation Imperfections" such as:  rough seams, bubbles, inclusions, missing iridescence, uneven feet, uneven bases, pontil marks, etc.  Please look the pictures over carefully.

Carnival Glass

Carnival glass may contain "Creation Imperfections" such as:  rough seams, bubbles, inclusions, missing iridescence, uneven feet, uneven bases, etc.  Please look the pictures over carefully.

Silver

We do not polish or attempt to clean, in any way, the silver we sell.  The only exception to this rules is we may take a soft cloth and lightly rub over the manufacturer's markings, or hallmark, to be able to better identify the piece.  Silver, over time, may get scratches due to use and cleaning.  So assume the silver sold on this site has scratches due to ordinary use and cleaning.  If the item has a flaw such as a dent, etc, it will be listed in the main description.  We will be selling all silver in "as is" condition due to the above.  Please look the pictures over carefully.

China

As seen with some of the the vintage/antique Noritake/Nippon China there may be areas where the gold is faded, worn, or missing. There may be some areas where there is color beneath the glaze. There may also be areas that aren't perfectly "smooth" or are missing glaze. These areas were created during the manufacturing process and are not damaged.

Vintage and Antique Furniture

We do not do any type of restoration of vintage and antique items.  They will most likely will not be perfect and have small scratches, dings, dents, etc. from ordinary use and cleaning.
