Thank you for visiting Kraudens Little Shop of Everything!  Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, we do not offer returns on purchases. We provide all of the information needed within the listing to make a decision on whether to purchase the item or not. The whole of the description is within the written word and the pictures. Always look carefully at the pictures, for the pictures contain the item that is listed unless otherwise noted.

All items are thoroughly inspected prior to being listed and then are thoroughly inspected again prior to shipment.

Exceptions:

The item is damaged in transit.

Since all items are shipped insured, the full purchase price and shipping will be refunded to you after everything is gathered to submit the claim and collect the insurance.

The item is lost in transit.

Since all items are shipped insured, the full purchase price and shipping will be refunded to you.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item. (This has not happened in the past, but we are only human).

You can choose to have the correct item sent to you or a full refund, including shipping, will be provided upon receiving the returned item/s.  We will send you a shipping label for the return of the item/s.  Immediately upon receiving the returned item/s, in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way, your correct item/s will be shipped to you or if you chose to receive a refund, the refund will be sent through the original payment method you used during the purchase.  In order to be eligible for a refund, the returned item/s must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label from us.
