Each item that we offer shipping services on will have the flat shipping amount on the listing. The flat shipping amount only covers shipping within the 48 continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii and International customers, please contact us for a shipping quote.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Exceptions can be made for small items only, but please contact us first.
All packages will be sent through USPS or FedEx. All packages are shipped trackable and insured.
If you buy a full set of china, we ask for 4 business days to pack the china set safely for shipping.
All other items will be shipped within 2 business days.
Combined shipping, with several items, we ask for a reasonable amount of time to package the items safely for shipping. Still usually within 2 business days, but not longer than 4 business days.
